Journal for Business, Development and Leadership

About the Journal

The Journal of Business Development and Leadership (JBDL) is an open-access, continuous-flow, peer-reviewed journal. It is linked to the Master's/Doctorate Programs at the Africa Research University (ARU) in Zambia. It accepts submission of original works by undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students in the form of Original Articles, Systematic Reviews, and Meta-analyses in multidisciplinary areas. The Editorial Team and reviewers include supervisors and scientists, as well as several international institutions, aiming to promote high-quality scientific dissemination within the global scientific community. The Editor-in-Chief is Dr. Limkile Mpofu.
